Our Experience
Odlum Global Strategies LLC was established in January 2018 by Geoffrey Odlum,a recently retired U.S. Foreign Service Officer with 28 years experience in national security and international affairs.
Mr. Odlum served as a diplomat in London, Algiers, Istanbul, Vienna, Baghdad, Kabul, and Washington. Mr. Odlum has directed offices of 30+ staff, managed teams in dangerous environments, and mentored future leaders. Mr. Odlum has experience leading negotiations on sensitive counter-nuclear terrorism cooperation agreements on behalf of the U.S. Government, overseeing multi-milllon dollar foreign assistance programs, and advising senior USG leaders on nuclear nonproliferation; counter-terrorism; Iraq, Iran, and Afghanistan; European security; and energy geopolitics.
